ST. MICHAEL'S CHURCH

Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland

St. Michael's Church, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland

The massive Church of St. Michael dominates the river-facing side of Enniskillen town centre and totally swamps the Catholic Cathedral which sits next to it.

Somehow the church is reminiscent of a large ocean liner when viewed from next to the Castle. It is mostly of the Victorian period and serves the Church of Ireland community in the town.
